Liverpool, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Liverpool will be without defender Glen Johnson for at least the next month after he tore a groin muscle over the weekend in the teams defeat to Manchester United. Johnson had to be replaced by Kolo Toure in the first half of Liverpools 3-0 loss, and he later revealed that he had suffered a tear to his groin muscle that will leave him on the sidelines for at least the next four weeks. The 30-year-old Johnson will be out of contract in June, and he is now facing another significant spell out of action after missing six weeks with a thigh injury earlier this season. Liverpool has won just two of its last 10 games to sit in 11th place in the Premier League table, and manager Brendan Rodgers must now rely on Javi Manquillo, Alberto Moreno and Jose Enrique at the fullback positions, while Jon Flanagan is also close to returning after battling a knee injury.
